Magnetic flap level gauges can be used for medium level detection in various equipment such as towers, tanks, tanks, spherical vessels, and boilers. This series of liquid level gauges can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and are suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosion-resistant applications. It compensates for the defects of poor clarity and easy breakage of glass plate (tube) level gauges, and the entire measurement process has no blind spots, clear display, and a large measurement range. The components of the magnetic flap level gauge are made of materials such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 316L, OCr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni9Ti lined with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PVC, PP, and imported components, which have excellent reliability and corrosion resistance.
Type: Magnetic flap level gauge has been produced to adapt to various environments and materials according to specific working environments, including hydraulic press level gauge, anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauge, insulation jacket flap level gauge, high temperature and high pressure magnetic flap column level gauge, top mounted magnetic float level gauge, glass plate level gauge, anti frost level gauge, glass tube level gauge, colored quartz tube level gauge, series magnetic flap column (plate) level gauge and more types of products.
Principle: The magnetic flap level gauge (also known as the magnetic float level gauge) is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge body tube also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thus achieving clear indication of the liquid level.
Usage: The flip level gauge can be directly used to observe the liquid level height of various media in containers. It is suitable for liquid level indication in industries such as petroleum and chemical. The liquid level gauge has a simple structure, intuitive and clear observation, no blockage or leakage, easy installation, and simple maintenance. The upper and lower ends of the glass plate level gauge are connected to the container by flanges, forming a connector. The actual height of the liquid level in the container can be directly observed through the glass plate. The upper and lower valves are equipped with safety steel balls. When the glass is accidentally damaged, the steel balls will automatically seal under the pressure inside the container, preventing liquid from overflowing and ensuring the safety of operators. For those exceeding a certain length, it is necessary to add intermediate reinforcement flanges or ear hooks as fixed supports to increase strength and overcome their own weight; The installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge should avoid or be far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to avoid rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid, which may affect the accuracy of the level measurement; When equipped with remote transmission supporting instruments, the following requirements should be met: the zero position of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the liquid level gauge; The connection between the remote transmission supporting instrument and the display instrument or industrial control computer is best laid separately through a protective tube or with a shielded two core cable; The remote transmission supporting instruments should be tightly attached to the main pipe of the liquid level gauge and fixed with stainless steel clamps (iron is prohibited); The sensing surface on the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be closely attached to the main pipe; After the wiring holes of the junction box are laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, and other factors from entering and causing the remote transmission supporting instruments to malfunction. The junction box should be promptly covered after maintenance or debugging is completed.
